Welcome to Dandenong Basketball, one of the largest and most well known sporting organizations in Australia, located in the heart of the rapidly expanding City of Greater Dandenong.

Established in 1959, Dandenong Basketball has enjoyed consistent growth. In 2011, Dandenong Basketball has now positioned itself as a leader in the Australian Sporting landscape. Located in the state of the art Dandenong Stadium (Stud Road, Dandenong North), Dandenong Basketball manages the largest purpose built basketball facility in Australia and attracts 15,000 visitors to the venue each week. A recent $10million redevelopment has also allowed Dandenong Basketball to incorporate the State Volleyball Centre into the facility.

  • Dandenong IMB Rangers (SEABL D-League Men & Women)
  • Dandenong Junior Rangers (36 x Junior Boys & Girls Teams)

The Dandenong Basketball Association also provides basketball competition to approximately 800 domestic teams on a weekly basis, ranging from Under 9 through to Open Age divisions, making it one of the largest basketball associations in the southern hemisphere.
